Student Journey Administrator (Exams)

Salary:  £22,839

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Cirencester College is looking for an Exams administrator to work as part of the College exams team.

The role will involve all aspects the College examination process including registration and making entries to external awarding bodies and ensuring all examination and assessments are conducted in line with Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) and awarding body guidelines with specific responsibility for T Levels.  

The successful candidate will join the College Exams Team and will be involved in all aspects of the examinations process.

We are looking for an experienced administrator with a passion for excellent customer service and to work as part of the college exams team the successful candidate will need to have the ability to understand and implement all exam and assessment procedures for the smooth running of exams. They will need to be able to liaise with both awarding bodies, staff and students and have excellent IT skills.  

Reporting directly to the Student Journey Manager Exams Officer you will make a significant contribution to developing and implementing any future exam and T Level provision. The role will involve considerable liaison with end users; hence you will possess strong communication skills and will be capable of forging effective relationships with teaching and support staff.
