Description

Become a social conscience for the organisation, helping innovate and drive ambitions for social and environmental change. Help deliver an organisation’s CR&S strategy, enabling businesses to contribute positively towards social and environmental outcomes. Interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to facilitate change and educate others on how different roles fit within the strategy and show how everyone can impact the greater good. Typical initiatives include; managing employee volunteering activities, fundraising for charities, human rights, carbon reduction, waste management, energy efficiency and supply chain. The role can also encompass diversity, inclusion, health & safety and well-being. CR&S Practitioners work collaboratively, remain flexible and adaptable to a changeable environment, whilst supporting others through the process.

 The four EPA assessment methods are:

  • A Test using scenarios, questions and responses
  • Competency Based Interview
  • Portfolio of Evidence
  • Continuing Professional Development Log and Professional Discussion
