Change your mind, change your life.

Are you ready to explore the way you make sense of the world and learn techniques to have a more positive, happier, kinder, and self-aware life? In this 3-week course we’ll delve into the way you interpret things, why you think about things the way you do and consider the way you respond. After discussing a topic in class and working through some simple but insightful exercises, you will leave each session with a fascinating piece of (10-minute) homework to do to put each topic into practice for discussion the following week.

Come with an open mind and a willingness to engage in some light-hearted discussion about the topics in the drop down below to get the most out of the course.

Ben is fascinated by the way people think and how this shapes their world – he believes you see what you look for.  His discussions with people over the years have always ended up being centred around the topics in this course.  He has found that when people are aware of these topics, they are then able to change the way they approach life.  He sees it as a privilege to help people lead happier lives and this course allows him to help more people and engage in fascinating discussions about how people tick.
