Last week, students across the Media department had a great day out at the Futures Festival at Pinewood Studios.

Year 1 and 2 students studying Creative Media and Digital Media had the opportunity to meet professionals in the film industry and see some of the latest film-making technology in action.

A particular highlight was seeing behind the scenes of the making of Sonic the Hedgehog 3, which was so top secret that the students were not even allowed to take photographs!

A truly inspiring day for our students, many of whom will be considering a career in the film industry after College.
