Cirencester College welcomed senior leaders and teaching professionals from across the UK to a special T-level event this week.
The College were chosen by the Association of Colleges (AoC) to host a provider insight day and showcase best practice and our experience.
“This has been a great opportunity to help other centres as they learn more about T-levels and grow the provision nationally,” said Matt Reynolds, Vice Principal, “As a pioneer College for these gold standard qualifications we’ve gained a lot of experience along with our success. It’s been really nice to highlight the excellent work our staff have done, and also to talk through the exciting approaches that T-level opportunities make possible.”
The day consisted of a range of presentations, Q&A sessions and a tour, all revolving around T-level delivery. Topics discussed included senior level strategy, approaches to the curriculum, working with employers, course design and delivery, and revolutionary approaches to pre-T-level: Transition Programme design.
One delegate commented at the end of the day; “I’m leaving this fantastic College with a whole new mindset. I’ve learned so much and can’t wait to get started. This has been a very positive experience.”
